1 1/3 c sugar
3 tbsp flour
Dash salt
3 whole eggs
1 1/2 c milk
1 tbsp butter
Cream sugar, flour, eggs and salt, then gradually add milk and melted butter. Pour in unbaked crust; sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake in 450 degree oven for 12 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees and bake until the custard does not shake in the middle.
